Revision 182 as rendered

Antiretroviral therapy turned HIV into a manageable condition, and a few people have been cured through stem cell transplants from donors with the CCR5-delta32 mutation, starting with Timothy Ray Brown in 2008. Transplants are far too dangerous to scale. The latent reservoir of infected cells is the obstacle to a general cure.
